Let me get this straight...records kept of a person's criminal past CANNOT be used in the hiring practices of small business. I'm guessing this d.e.i.- style government practice will apply to background-checks on prospective renters, or the hiring a babysitter.
But be charged with a crime by the government, and that speeding ticket you got back in 2003 becomes a "Criminal History"...
America has lost most of our manufacturing, just in my lifetime. Unpunished crime is chasing retailers out of our (blue) cities, and now this administration is targetting convenience-style outlets for protecting their employees and customers.
I know, I know..."They've served their time, give them a chance"...My point is that it is NOT up to biden and his bullies to make this charge. The aclu, or some "felon's advocacy " group should do the work, follow the process, NOT the government. God help this Country...
Let me get this straight...records kept of a perso... (show quote)

Some state made it into discrimination if you didn’t hire an ex-con.

I just did a search of "Biden sues Sheetz" and nothing popped up. So maybe this just isn't true. There was a couple of articles that the Federal government was suing Sheets for discrimination in the workplace. The discrimination suits were a couple days old.

Maybe if you had read the article you would have found the agency filing suit. See how that works? You stop at the title and think you can fact check based on a title. For the sake of everyone, and yourself, try to learn how to do so REAL research.

It only took me about 15 seconds!

Let do a review here. My route from home to Greensboro takes me past innumerable Sheetz. They have the cleanest restrooms I have ever seen. They have a massive selection of food and beverages. Their MTO food is better than any fast-food you will find, though it is pretty fast. I have never encountered a single rude cashier!

Basically it is a six star. If you are traveling, they are a good choice for stopping!

Very true. From Raleigh, North Cackalackie to Wilmington and Myrtle Beach on the coast

Biden is supposed to be the CEO of the federal government. But we all know he isn't running anything.
