When I quit smoking, the only way I finally made it was a member site called "quitnet"
When you joined in, if you put in how long you had smoked and how many cigarettes a day, the site had a calculator that would tell you how many cigarettes you had NOT smoked since quitting. We had a weekly bonfire where everyone would toss in those unsmoked sick sticks. It was a lot of fun. Lots of stories, stupid stuff. I stayed on the site until mom broke her hip that year. A couple of the people called me to see if I was still "on the wagon" while caring for mom. That was 18 years ago. I'm still a non smoker, and am still friends on FB with my "quit-sis" - she and I quit 3 days apart.

Amazing! I would give credence more to those on the first place with hands on the various scientific studies, analysis of the events that happened. Factual evidences were provided.

However, few credible questions came to my mind, though not reading the book yet. Theories through math and physics could not just override the other.
