Why is that? What, she didn't have a strong enough case? It's too bad cuz I always liked to listen to what she had to say. Thought she got the shaft in her race for Gov.

Hopefully Kari will fare better in her senatorial race this year.
The SCOTUS has rejected hearing similar cases that involve the voting machine companies (unfortunately).
