They do, just go to a dispensery and you'll be able to find many different smells, THC levels and prices.
I'd definitely stay away from anything on the street tho. It's a crap shoot these days.

In extreme cases, perhaps. But, my guess would be there were underlying conditions beforehand. Plus many different lifestyles, how much smoked, THC levels etc.. They are "just starting " to really focus on research for pot compared to other things.

I know a lot about pot. I used to have it in my monthly budget. But I quit when I met my wife in 1999. I've gotten high twice since then, the last being 2005, and all I got was extremely paranoid. I'm pretty sure it was because of the increased THC in it after I quit. I'd rather be straight.
