Perm was pretty good in his youth at playing Dodge Ball. In his older age he is great at Dodging the Truth.

Baby sit... Joe of course, I would not have the perverted rapist and criminal donnie anywhere near any family member unless an armed and ready person of trust was overlooking the wretch and guarding my loved family member.

As for your OP, you made no mention of your belief that it happened in the past, you tryed to state that Joe was making it a law that physical boy would choose to shower with girls per the new law and to my knowledge that is totally untrue.. at no time in no place has such a law been passed, it may have become a policy in some nutty institution but not a law anywhere in these United States that I know of.. lots of claims by the orange forces but never given an example. The collage swimmer was and is an aberration which should be changed.. it was via a league ruling and not a law of the land.
