California needs to get rid of all the judges on the 9th Circuit. Then they need to vote out all of the communists that have taken over their politics. Their overall plan was to wipe out the small farmers of the San Joaquin Valley, the Bread Basket of the United States. Their governor is only a present-day representation of their incremental takeover that has been going on since World War II. When a State rigs the vote for people like Feinstein and Pelosi, it doesn't have a chance to ever get on the road to recovery.
