Fat Donny the Loser is currently the defendant in a criminal trial in New York where the law says that as the defendant he must be in attendance for his trial. Either his son's graduation is badly timed or Donny's criminal trial is not scheduled with Fat Donny the Rapist's schedule in mind. Either way the Fat Boy is just going to have to deal with it.
Did you see the bit that the Fat Boy put out where he announced on Friday that there was 72 hours before all hell was going to break loose? Well 72 hours later, in front of the NY court house about two dozen protesters showed up along with about two dozen protesting to convict him. There were more reporters there than protesters for both sides combined. It was quiet and peaceful. What was REALLY telling, though, was that there was nowhere in the country where fans of the Fat Boy got off of their asses and did anything. Seems they were all too busy picking their noses or just living daily life without a care in the world about the fate of the Fat Boy. The ground swell was an ant hill. Maybe they are just getting sick and tired of whining about a fat dirtbag that is always in some sort of legal jam because of something really stupid that he did and got caught with not his hand in the cookie jar but his foot.
It's like getting ten speeding tickets and 88 for reckless driving in one year and going to court because your insurance got raised - only on a national scale and using criminal indictments instead of tickets.

Outrageous how vindictive this judge is acting. Maybe President Trumps sons graduation can be videotaped instead. Won’t be the same but at least he’ll be able to enjoy the pride a parent feels as their child meets another milestone in their lives.

Agree. It originally was a misdemeanor charge until Alvin Bragg changed it to a felony. More of his dirty politics in play.
