They figure a couple of weeks just to find 12 jurors who might not have a bias, which might be the biggest conquest of the entire trial. It will be a circus. And from all points of legal interest, this judge and his rulings are "on thin ice".

full, Michael Cohen was Trump's fixer. He was the guy that carried out fixing Trump's problems, in to say the least was unethical actions. Everything illegal he did was to help Trump out. It is reasonable to assume that Trump knew what Cohen was doing, and approved. Trump awarded Cohen by standing by while Cohen was tried for what he did to help him, by standing by while Cohen was sent to jail and disbarred.
Sure, Cohen hates Trump. That doesn't mean he won't tell the truth about him.
I think everybody has strong opinions about Trump. The question is, will the jury members be willing to put their feelings about Donald aside and judge this case strictly on the evidence.

Yeah, but I'm the eternal optimist. For one thing, Cohen might let his built-up hatred for Trump get the best of him. I mean they have him on tape (I've seen it) just raving about Trump. Could not say enough great things about Trump, and then he wrote a scathing book...and the whole world turn to you-know-what. In NY, tough to say. But Cohen's credibility(?) shot to Hell. They show both sides of Cohen...raving about Trump, the greatest guy in the world and then complete reversal. I respect Turley a lot. I think he is one of the more objective individuals/professors around. Just impeccably down the middle (right word)? He would made a great judge...ten times better than these a-holes like the Fani trial Arthur somebody and then this guy. They are out to "Get Trump", everybody knows it, and they don't care. Last resort, Trump will be exonerated in the appeal. My take....Thks for asking!

If only one juror thinks that Bragg's "star witness" Michael Cohen, the proven and convicted perjurer and felonious tax fraud is unbelievable, then Trump would be acquitted.
