Along with good Americans who just want a gun or two for protection and don't want the government to know they have guns. Yes, there are good Americans that don't want or trust the Government, especially those leaning towards communism and leftism and Nazism and ultimately want to control us and remove all guns to solidify their dictatorship. Like biden's government.
I cherish the firearms I used to have that I bought in a private sale. I love my country but despise its government. Having all sales go through an NCIS check is simply back door firearms registration, it will make confiscation easier. I fervently hope that American hating traitors like 5B, Fartwind 78, federally indicted hemorrhoid and Kevvie are the ones coming to take them. I promise to surrender them muzzle first.

You can give the thumbs up bud but it doesn't do squat for your forgetting criminals give two shits about gun laws.
You ever even been to a gun show?
Folks at gun shows are some very down to earth people who just want the lousy government to respect our second ammendment rights and leave us the hell alone.

I have an idea. Why do we not start with the bloody idiot prosecutors using the existing laws. How about actually charging for “armed” robbery instead of reducing it to simply robbery? How about charging assault with a deadly weapon instead of simply assault. I know that may be a novel idea to your ilk; however, there are over 300 gun laws on the books. USE THEM!!!
Preach it Auntie! Convict and restrict the bas#ards from ever owning a weapon again.

So of the 50,000 firearm deaths in the country this would only reduce the carnage by four thousand deaths. A drop in the Bucket for MAGA morons, a laudable improvement for the rest of the country.
Most of the firearms deaths in this country are from suicides. As far as overall murder rates, the US is the lowest in the Americas in per capita murders, except for Canada, and we are in a tie with Peru. That means out of 12 South American, 13 Caribbean, 7 Central American countries, plus Canadaand Mexico, our murder rate is tied for 2nd lowest. That is, unless you think someone murdered with a gun is somehow more dead than someone murdered in some other manner. I would also point out that just about 80% of the murders in this country occur in some ten metro areas, ALL run by Democrats.
Four of the five states with the lowest per capita murder rate have the most lenient gun laws in the country.

The figure is much higher than 54%. It's closer to 70%. Japan, where firearms ownership is nearly impossible, has a much higher suicide rate than the US, which proves that where there's a rill there's a ray.

Utopia is an impossible dream.

Private sales (non licensed seller) of firearms are currently exempt from background checks. Meaning lunatics and felons can by guns they otherwise couldn’t.
Another uninformed and incredibly ignorant
statement. This law will not prevent anyone from breaking the law just like the ones we already have don’t prevent anything! Felons can’t purchase firearms already. What a foolish comment.

Speaking of lunatics. In all the gun shows I’ve been to, the only people selling guns privately were selling antique guns.
It just doesn’t happen inside a gun show. I admit I’ve seen some questionable things in the parking lot. Once the police stopped something, maybe gun sale.
I remember talking to a Brigade of the American Revolution member about the lack of safety that some militia members were doing. He reminded me that there were more than 40,000 people killed mostly by muskets in the Revolutionary War. The moral to this story: GUNS KILL

Why then did those muskets stop killing, when the war was over?

Do explain the ”gun-show loophole”.
I can help you, There is no “gun show loophole” If you buy a gun at a gun show the process is no different than if you bought from any other FFL dealer.
I seriously doubt that the entire Biden Administration could close an umbrella!
