Check out the Innocence Project and those who died for crimes they did NOT commit.

Your comment is typical for the Blood Thirsty MAGA.
Trump leads the way with the Blood Lust he has mentioned, notoriously.

I'm not MAGA, I'm an Independent and think for myself. I'm sure some were framed and executed for a crime they didn't commit, it happens but the vast majority, especially today, are guilty and should no longer be a burden on society. "Bloodthirsty?", not really I've helped a Lot of people in my life it's just that I have a very low tolerance for bad or just plain stupid people.

Wherever I was they were shot on sight, That was a promise I made to some storekeepers (I used to back-up cops during the St. Floyd riots) and cops themselves many were relatives.

That is not the promise of Love Jesus has promised.

Jesus was Unjustly given the Death Penalty.
Many others have also.
Jesus was unjustly given the death penalty?
FYI: Jesus' sacrifice on the cross was preordained.

What Old Testament Prophecies Predicted about Jesus and the Cross?
Jesus’ atoning sacrifice, the situation surrounding the crucifixion, the means of His death, and His last words all fulfill major Old Testament prophecies that are scattered throughout the Law, Psalms, and Prophets. Jesus is truly the promised Messiah of the Old Testament.

Isaiah 53:5-12 (700BC)

5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.

8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.

9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.

10 Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand.

11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.

12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

This barbarity is uncharacteristic of the USA.

Please stop the Madness.
In 2021, 11 convicted felons were executed.
In 2022, 17 were executed.
In 2023, 19 were executed.

47 executions over three years is an average of 15 per year.
How would you compare that to an average of 1.3 million executions of unborn children every year?

The death penalty is biblical slick... something you claim to follow but only when it suits you.

Whoever sheds human blood, by humans shall their blood be shed; for in the image of God has God made mankind. Genesis 9:6

The death penalty is a reward, unfortunately it takes 20 years and 100 appeals to bring it into action/ once convicted of a capitol crime the person should be deprived of fresh clothes, water, food, bedding and any conceivable comfort and they may appeal to the porcelain throne until the penalty is served. On the day of execution they should be allowed a last appeal to their maker and a chance to apologize for the trouble of having to give them another day on Earth and the way of death should be a bullet to the back of the head by a fixed positioned projectile launcher similar to how you kill livestock before butchering. Yep if the offended the people your demise should be certain and without pity 🤠

Agree. Especially more important since DA’s and AG’s are releasing/not charging them with their crimes. These so called leaders have decided not to listen to the majority of the voters. They overruled their own citizens who did not support removing them from the consequences of their actions. Now there are too many criminals who go back to their lawless ways.

In CA their ‘rulers’ decided that even though their citizens voted (twice) to keep the death penalty in place, the government there decided differently and wouldn’t allow their citizens to make that call. 👎👎. I fully support the death penalty to remove those who have been proven without a doubt that they cannot live within the confines of our laws, be permanently removed from our society.
