TJKMO, I object to several things in your post. First, you use the term communism to describe the Democrats. The Democratic Party has opposed communism since forever. Secondly, Anytime Trump is called to justice for his many crimes is all right for me. It was a long process, thanks to the DOJ. I would have loved to see him prosecuted soon after these anti democratic crimes were committed. Third, the idea that Trump did nothing wrong is a flat out untruth. I saw the invasion of the Capitol Building in real time as it happened. I saw Trump and his cronies tell his followers that they have to fight like hell, or they won't have a country, and many other seditious statements. There are tons of evidence against Trump, including possession of all kinds of documents, including highly classified papers that never should have been taken out of the White House. All this and so much more. So far, Trumps only defense has ben to delay, delay, and delay some more in the hope that he will win the election, and then pardon himself. It is a legal defense, but not one that an innocent person would follow.

When he said "fight like hell", he was alluding to political activism, not physical violence,
and he certainly did not even hint at hanging Mike Pence.
