Millions of us , here in the US and in the world watched live as the mob pushed over the barriers and attacked the capitol police with flagpoles, mace, whatver they could find.There were many who were armed and some took weapons from the police. A window was broken and one person got in and opened the door. Representatives and senators fled for their lives Sure there were some people who just followed along but the overal event was a revot, an attempt to stop the coulnting of electoral votes.

So to conclude, at the level of an insurrection and armed the order would not be lawful and the military would not follow it..

I know that. Remember that I served for 20 years. The point being made was that if Trump had actually intended on attempting an insurrection and was as crazy as you Leftists make him out to be, he could have attempted a temporary insurrection to straighten out an election. But he didn't neither did he call for an "insurrection" on J6.

I would remind you again that allowing Biden to violate his oath and promote an invasion, the military also violates their oath by not defending the Constitution against all enemies both Foreign and Domestic. Make no mistake about it, or sugar coat it, but Biden is unquestionably a domestic enemy and the military was duty bound to stop both him and his invasion. The mere fact that America is evidently powerless to stop this man shows a glaring weakness in our Constitution.

Because the Speaker of The House. Is the sole person that can request National Guard to deploy to the Capital. That was the ol drunk Nancy insider trading expert Piglousy. I know you don’t believe it but she is the one that created the J6 Committee and refused Jim Jordan a seat on the panel. All of this J6 crap was a sit up.
