Actually, it has been sad to watch the pathetic Democrats and Republicans going absolutely Nuts over all the Fighting back and forth between them.

I assume most reasonable people understand the absolute Absurdities of all of it?

But, Judge Cannon did something that actually ferets out what the real story truly is. She ordered the two sides to tell her what exactly they wanted for Jury Instructions. Think about the obvious of that for a moment?

One thing that has become obvious is the Corruption of the cases against Trump, themselves. They have been inundated with allegations, alleged evidence, and just about every possible insane legal manuever imagination can furnish. So, what are the real charges, and specifically what are the violations.

I had to laugh like hell when Jack Smith suggested that Trump was not the President on J6, 2021. Does Smith know nothing about the Law and Constitution?

Willis has been ordered to take her cases back to the Grand Jury for clarification of the exact violations of what Statutes were actually violated. That's how corrupt her case really is.

James and her Cohorts in New York are pushing all kinds of garbage Law at this point. Same situation. Exactly what does the Law say? What are the lawful violations that apply?

In the meantime, we have a Nation and Society killing themselves because of the most corrupt Politics this nation has ever seen.

And, the worst part of it are the steadfast followers of the two men in this Country least deserving of the Presidency. Their Followers are so blinded by their Loyalty to these two men that they are literally destroying everything around them just to win an election neither man deserves.

I turned 18 in 1966. I am a White, Conservative, Christian, Veteran. I have seen and experienced this Nation all these years. I never voted for Democrats and stopped voting for Republicans decades ago.

Democrats are at War with Republicans. I define that to include Leaders and Followers. I base that on things I have seen, experienced, and learned through 17 years of service to this Republic.

Be damned careful these next several months of this year and beyond. War is coming to America, one way or another.

I see no other way for Democrats and Republicans to end this, let alone end it rationally and peacefully.

The Sixth Amendment is very specific: "[T]he accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy[...] trial." There is no such constitutional right given to the prosecution, and such a right would not serve the public interest. Defendants very often waive their right to a speedy trial in order to have more time to prepare a defense.

When the right to a speedy trial is waived, it falls to the court (that is, the judge) to schedule the proceedings at its discretion. It may choose to take into account the wishes of the prosecution or the defense or both but is not required to do so. It may also have to do with any appeals awaiting decisions from the SCOTUS.

4 years after becoming a Senator Biden moved from a rather shabby rental house into a mansion with a ballroom. He's now a multi-millionaire under the very real stain of bribery and political influence to our enemies. When a reasonable individual compares what Democrats (ONLY) are doing to Trump and what Biden is currently doing and has done to America and her people... but then I did say reasonable people so that immediately exempts you. Who is the real felon? Who has betrayed America and her people?
