You woukd be in the wrong in that instance if you do not have an approved permit to protest and have the road or street blocked off for your protest. No one has the right to block or impede another from traveling on our roads or block another from entrance to a business unless you have a legal protest permit that precisely allows you to do so with the assistance of police to block off such area for your protest.
Plus , it has been my experience that most people who drive pick up trucks have guns as well. So be careful of your own peril.
