Yes there are contractors and such that get the shaft so to speak However Trump along with many other businessmen have use the law set for bankruptcy whether we like it or not .

Exactly what do you see as getting better - inflation still rising - mortgages approaching 8 % - gas prices advancing - the border is still wide open - illegal aliens still bringing deseases into our country we had eliminated IE: measles, polio and now plague that has already claimed lives - schools over ran - medical facilities unable to continue operating as illegals aren’t paying their bill and shelter space becoming a rarity - the illegals are being given more than our own veterans - so take a moment and enlighten the rest of us exactly what is getting better?
