No one with a mental illness believes they have a mental illness.
A female is a female and will always be a female
A male is a male and will always be a male
No amount of medication or surgery will ever change that.
The only thing a trans can say is I “think” or I “feel”. So those feelings come from the brain so it is an illness a mental illness. The body is not wrong the brain is. Fix the brain. Don’t mutalate the body.

A leg with cancer is a sick appendage it needs removed UNLESS the person just “thinks or Feels” that their leg has cancer. If they remove it then that would be mutilating ones body. Just as removing working sex organs.

We covered that already. You should read some of the studies done about what a trans goes through after surgery. There is a tremendous feeling of loss. That leads 40% to commit suicide. Many of them regret doing it after about a year. There are many females that have gone through reversal. If a male has surgery there is no going back.
If you think that a man wanting to live life as a woman is tuff imagine what I'm going through. I've always wanted to live my life as Superman and there's no surgery for that except after trying to leap over a tall building, damn near killed me.
