But if the God of the Bible does exist, you have lost everything.

Not half as disgusting as someone who would write this and put your name on it. I hope that your mother saw it or even your kids. They would be SOOOOO proud that they just might abuse themselves just to celebrate if they are anything like you.

That's funny, your holier than thou. You've written some pretty disgusting comments about a lot of people on this site. You can shove it a$$hole.

Suppose you end up meeting the God of the Quran, or Shiva, or learn you failed to be included as one of the 144,000
Blessed Ones, or to follow the Eight Fold Way, or failed to follow the commandments in the Torah, or did not honor your ancestors properly, or whatever. The God that you accept may or may not exist, but the same can be said of any other "super-natural being". You are making the same blind bet everybody else is if you want to look at it as an all-or-nothing wager.

The God of the Bible exists and my "bet" is not blind. I've had a life-changing experience and have become a changed person since acknowledging my sinfulness to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and turning my life over to Him. And it was an all-or-nothing wager... I have turned my entire heart, mind and soul over to Him. I pray that someday real soon -- because the time is short -- that you also come to that life-changing realization.

Since you are comfortable in your choices, and I in mine, all the best to you and enjoy your Easter holiday.

The New York Times bestselling author of Darwin’s Doubt, Stephen Meyer, presents groundbreaking scientific evidence of the existence of God, based on breakthroughs in physics, cosmology, and biology.

Beginning in the late 19th century, many intellectuals began to insist that scientific knowledge conflicts with traditional theistic belief—that science and belief in God are “at war.” Philosopher of science Stephen Meyer challenges this view by examining three scientific discoveries with decidedly theistic implications. Building on the case for the intelligent design of life that he developed in Signature in the Cell and Darwin’s Doubt, Meyer demonstrates how discoveries in cosmology and physics coupled with those in biology help to establish the identity of the designing intelligence behind life and the universe.

Meyer argues that theism—with its affirmation of a transcendent, intelligent and active creator—best explains the evidence we have concerning biological and cosmological origins. Previously Meyer refrained from attempting to answer questions about “who” might have designed life. Now he provides an evidence-based answer to perhaps the ultimate mystery of the universe. In so doing, he reveals a stunning conclusion: the data support not just the existence of an intelligent designer of some kind—but the existence of a personal God.

Know God? You can't be serious. Are you actually trying to say that you see Fat Donny the Loser as being some sort of divinity? It's is a smudge, whether actual or faked, probably faked, to show the humor around the fact that The Fat Boy is such a sleeze bag.

Excuse me ma'am, your ignorance is showing.

i b The New York Times bestselling author of Dar... (show quote)

Sorry, but after reading it, this book in my opinion is little more than a rehash of various "God of the Gap" arguments applied to newer scientific concepts. 'You can't explain X, Y or Z, therefore God must exist!'. Not at all a convincing argument for many people. Also, the author ignores many of the questions that his view of the universe brings up, often simply delegating them to a question of 'faith'. I will however say that his ability to simply explain what can be difficult scientific concepts was very noteworthy.

It was beautiful. See what I missed when I quit watching foot ball over the disrespect over the anthem. Thank you for sharing it with me.
