Yes Rose it is very interesting and is something that might need to be something to look into. I will be 70yrs and 6mo young in November and a voter since 1972(When I not only shook hands with Pres.Nixon but voted for him in 72) and never saw a need for mail in ballots outside of absentee and other accepted mailed ballots. I understood accepting mail in ballots during COVID was the right decision. I don't see why we need to continue this. If one can't get out to vote because of a diagnosed condition then they should be allowed to vote absentee. I myself will be offering to help anyone who needs a ride to vote if they have no means of getting to the poll. (this will be part of my working as a volunteer at the polls on election day as I have done since 1980)
