This might come as a surprise to you, but regardless of where you live, the property tax you pay is not based upon what you claim it is, it is based upon what the town/county/city tax assessors say it is. Although DJT no longer lives in NY, I still do and I can assure you the tax assessors here care not a whit about what anyone other than them determine what a residential or commercial property is worth. Of course, you can always sue to try to change your tax assessment by appealing or suing but the final say is still the tax assessor or the court.

She is not doing her job. He is being charged with something that is not a crime. If anything she needs to lose her license and job. She is obviously guilty of a hate crime and trying to interfere with an election. All the things they are piling on Trump are methods to try to stop him from being able to run for an election. The same thing they accused wrongly of Trump in the 2016 election about interference with elections which was proven untrue and Biden absolutely interfered with the elections. He had things going on way before Trump got in an election with shady deals along with his son and it is proven and people spoke up to prove this. They can let crooks and murderers and thieves out to kill again a man who just wants to help his country gets treated so badly. It is inhumane. Where does this hate and malice come from. I see nothing to be attributed to this man.
Already developers and people who would work to grow New York are pulling out. They want nothing to do with a city that would do such to their country. If they get their way New Yorkers will be paying for this injustice to a fellow citizen.

Where have you been hiding? He is accused of Overvaluing for the purposes of qualifying for loans of which banks due their own due diligence. No different than telling a realtor you want XXX for your property subject to a buyer getting a loan for that amount. You exhibit little understanding of how real estate works or an economy for that matter.
