We are shit out of luck. We the People as a collective still don't understand the laws of the land written in the USA Constitution or have read the Declaration of Independance about our rights having any understanding of those phrases.
We are supposed to be the employer of all on Capitol Hill and their agencies. However, none has ever taken an oath to "THIS Constitution FOR the United States OF AMERICA". (all CAPS my emphasis for the proper title). Nor have they ever signed a copy of the USA Constitution as their employment contract with the understanding of the penalties for breaching it.

January 6th committee didn't have the authority to subpoena Jordan. If they did they would have pressed the issue. This aspect has already been beaten to death
