This situation seems to add up to the same old adage....from people to places to groups to just about everything....there is good and bad everywhere and its always been like that...best anyone can do is try to correct what needs corrected.

Laws that were enacted at a different time. I don’t know why they were enacted or why they are still on the books but the very same problem occurs here.

This is how I would it if I came home and found squatters however many living in my home! Shoot every one of them!

With the sudden attention this long ongoing problem is getting and a gun in my castle mentality there could be an example of this soon.

I wondered about the same issue. I find it hard to understand how someone could justify a claim on property they never owned. I did s quick search and found this explanation:
