AOC is asking Tony what specific crime he saw Biden (I forget if it was Hunter or Joe — to the Republicans they are interchangeable) and Tony bobbed and weaved and didn’t answer so AOC asked again, and again no answer to the question. Tony finally says “RICO” to which AOC says that’s not a crime, but a statute that covers a variety of specific crimes.
She then implored him to describe a specific crime that Biden committed. Tony then took offense and AOC gave up and reserved the balance of her time as Tony filibustered.
