This is the program that Fat Donny failed miserably over and over because he was just not smart enough to pull it off. The US economy is currently the envy of the industrialized world as they still struggle to recover from the COVID pandemic than was so horribly mishandled by the Fat Boy.
83% of the Trillion dollar tax cut went to the wealthiest Americans. They are the ones who needed it the least. The American working man received enough of it that he can now afford to buy a large soft drink with is brown bag lunch rather than a medium.
The economy that we had in the beginning of the Trump fiasco was the continuation of the Obama economy that was the longest and most consistent in history. Fat Donny rode that train until the time came for him to actually face a problem. When that time came and COVID fell into Donny's lap he melted like a popsicle in August. The Obama economy came to a screeching halt. American deaths spiraled out of control. the Fat Boy damned near died with it and would have were it not for helicopters getting him to Walter Reed. The market crashed and unemployment went to 9%. Schools closed. Businesses closed. Over 37% of them did not reopen. Everything went to hell in a hand basket and all he could do was to suggest injecting bleach. His gross incompetence and total inability to make decisions or even to know what his options were were there for the world to see. There is now no one who is not aware of the cretin's lack of capacity. Even those so moronic as to wear the red hat know that Fat Donny is a nightmare. Talk about a can of worms, he is even shaped like the can.
