Likewise, here at OPP some as soon as they read the negative news about Trump, immediately, they run conclusions and comments how bad Donald Trump really is. These happened many times, not only this "bloodbath".

Then as soon as they learn the facts, they retract, though damages had already been done. And these happened many times. I am tired of it.

Ladies and gentlemen, when it comes to Donald Trump, please be aware that everything negative efforts are done against Trump to totally destroy him. 99% of them are false and fabricated.

So, before you deliver comments against Trump, please try to examine the sources, the purpose, and the credibility of the message. Please don't jump right away and follow damages of these opposing forces. Their mission is to totally destroy Trump at all costs.

I might agree to some extent but if we're still talking about which side is more concerned about the people, I'd still have to say it's the left and it may just be the way I am looking at it. I think the American Left is more direct in the sense that they want to help people through government policy, where the American right is more inclined to leave it up to the private sector.

I don't have much faith in the private sector to do the right thing, so that's probably why I lean left.


Yeah, parties change over time. It's the ideologies that remain static. Funny, we did the opposite... I started off as a Republican back in 1980. I actually abandoned the party before it changed into what it is now because I saw the world was changing and the Republican party didn't seem to be adapting very well. I never considered myself a Democrat... Today, I consider myself unaffiliated.

Honestly, I think the world is too complicated for simple labels.

Fiscally-speaking, I'm conservative, socially-speaking I'm liberal. With regard to democracy, I have always been left-leaning but I think the increased extremism on the right is pushing me further to the left and if I was to associate myself to any ideology, I would call myself a Georgist.

So in other words, we should make exceptions for Trump's poor communication skills. Most people know that the term, "bloodbath" is a really poor choice of words to describe a disagreement in the auto industry. But Trump communicates on a 3rd grade level so it's possible he just didn't know any better.

We are also quite aware of Trump's struggle with focus. Sometimes, he goes on an unrelated tangents before getting back to the topic.

To be honest, I think that was a moment were we just don't know WHAT Trump was talking about and I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't know either.

What makes this such an issue is that Trump has already earned a reputation for inciting violence and he did already state several times in the past that there will be violent reactions if he isn't elected. So you can't really blame the Democrats for reacting the way they did.

The scriptures are old, poorly written and interpreted in many different ways. Some so-called Christians get hung up on things like homosexuality and abortion and try to twist the meaning of scripture to support their bigotry.

What most self-described Christians can agree on is that Jesus set an example by helping those in need. Most of the immigrants crossing our southern border are people in need. The rules that we create that basically says we don't like brown people so we aren't going to help ALL of you is not in line with the example Jesus was setting.

Biden wants to help people, you want to vilify them. It's pretty clear to me which one of you is a true Christian.

Trump - and others - have said that the current DOE is ineffective despite a massive budget and enormous resources and recommends that it be abolished with the power going back to the states. Many of us who are tired of gender identity programs, Title IX give and take, school discipline issues, student-loan forgiveness, and porn in elementary school libraries (along with drag queen story hour) agree.

social security? Trump has said that 'cuts' (actually reining in growth) may be needed to help get the federal budget under control. I'm a SS recipient and I understand it won't be there for my son when he retires unless we do something to get costs under control. He also talked about fighting the fraud and waste (inherent in most federal programs).

Medicare? Same as SS, it must be brought under control.
