If justice prevails, SC decisions on these charges must be dismissed. Facts: There were NO crimes committed by Donald Trump on that bank and loan transactions.

If I were one of the Justices, I'll ask, where and what was the crime about?

There was no crime committed. No victims made. Everything done on good faith. In fact, many had benefitted there. The bank made money; the NYC County made money via higher property taxes. All parties involved made money. NYC became beautiful. Donald Trump followed all the protocols of lending and borrowing. He even paid all the loan ahead of time. Trump must be appreciated for that instead.

But James before she even became a DA had already promised to destroy Trump. Now she is abusing that power. She is destroying and bankrupting Trump via all against the legal frameworks. There was no crimes to charge against Trump. NONE!

Leticia James wanted to get rich by extortions from Donald Trump. These are all part of the whole political schemes by the Democrat-tyrants, empowered by Biden, his DOJ, and I think Barack as well. A clear abuse of power! That is NOT justice!

These acts against Trump are "Political interference", plus at all relentless destructions to rid of Trump. These tyrants are afraid of Trump.

So, America, please return Trump to the WH to restore our freedom and justice back to the people. The National Bar Association, Leticia James due to her illegal acts, and abuses of power must be disbarred. Thank you!

If you were an actual billionaire raising half a billion would not be a problem.

But if you have lied about being a billionaire and you have a lifetime reputation of stiffing others it is a problem.

You are absolutely wrong. A surety company covering a $400-$500 million bond would be required to have more than double that in cash or security reserves just to cover that one bond. That eliminates nearly all of the sources available for a bond of that size.

100% agree. This is obviously politically pushed agenda by the Democrats to bankrupt the opposition with BS claims and a fine equal to 100 years salary of a wealthy person.
There is nothing even close to this amount in any civil case. 99% of most legal fines are less than $25 million.
I'm sorry, do we show damages that prove his wrongdoings. Anyone involved with him in real estate is going to rely on a bank doing their own legal due diligence.
Did someone feel the need to "PUNISH" him, nearly half a billion dollars? They must have some serious crimes in their background, like all the rest of the cases that have been toppling, one by one, finding the prosecutors are liars and have a few skeletons in their closets THEY don't want exposed.

Back to the inability of Trump to meet his bond. My first thought was that Trump is bluffing, and trying to get the judge to accept less money as he did in the Carroll case. My second thought is he is claiming poor as a fundraiser to get more money from his supporters.
I do think Trump may cobble enough money to get his bond. He may get a bond with help from some of the richest Republicans in the US, somebody say, like the Koch's. There is also the possibility of going internationally, like Russian oligarchs, or someone from Qatar, Saudi Arabia or some other people who want to buy influence. Trump has till next Monday to raise funds.

It's not about whether Trump can "afford" it - it's about whether a surety company will secure the bond amount for him. Since such an amount has rarely (if ever) been as high as $454 million, there isn't a company that is willing to take the risk for that amount.

And Judge Engoron KNOWS this....he is trying to set Trump up so that he has a hard time posting bond....and if he can't post the bond, he can't appeal!

If a Judge announced that you had to come up with half a billion dollars as a penalty, do you think you would have trouble finding a company that would want to back you up with that amount????

You won't be able to cover up for the corruption and cheating much longer. When Trump wins, he is going to be exposing corruption like we've never seen before....and your party is shaking in their boots that he will be elected.

Just watch what your people try to do to him from now until November!! It started with the "bleach" hoax, followed by the "dictator" hoax, and now followed by the "bloodbath" hoax.

You and your people are really stepping in it with these hoaxes that you keep trying and failing at!
