On Monday, the Supreme Court denied Peter Navarro’s request to stay out of prison. He will be serving a four-month sentence for purportedly refusing to comply with a congressional subpoena. https://www.oann.com/newsroom/scotus-rejects-ex-trump-aide-peter-navarros-bid-to-stay-out-of-prison/

Since Hunter Biden was guilty of the same offense, than I suppose the DOJ will treat him in the same manner as Peter Navaro. [color=red]On the other hand, if you weaponize the "Justice System" and target specific individuals or groups.... (oh, and ignore the foreign agent law violations, sex trafficking charges, firearm violations, tax fraud, etc.)

MY COMMENT: (LOL, don't hold your breath on this one!

Presenting himself outside a congressional building is not complying with House investigators' lawful subpoena to testify before the committee. Don't be an idiot! You know the differnce!

But he only hires “the best people” if he is so incompetent to hire and appoint such terrible people why let him do it again?

I doubt he'll see a day in jail, but it sure would be fun to see it happen.

Yes he should be jailed because he was found guilty of refusing to comply with a congressional subpoena like Mr Navarro.

Obviously he changed his mind. One of his biggest mistakes was hiring old line Republicans and not getting rid of every entrenched bureaucrat appointed by Obama. You have no room to talk troll. Your President is stumbling, bumbling mess.

Each of these men betrayed their oath of office and America, not a lot of interest in what they say to sell books.

Will someone explain to me this: Hunter actually showed up and testified in a closed door session of Congress, so how can he be charged with not showing up?
