You only owe taxes on the money you earn if you say so. Where do you get the information that you owe any taxes. Does the instructions for the tax forms that you file say if you decide that you owe the tax then you should file? Does it say that there is a law to that effect. Read the IRS codes and find in there the duty to file and pay taxes. As I have stated in nearly all my posts,you must research to find the answers. Why believe the CPA's or tax attorneys as we all know they work for theIRS.And, as I said in my last post, Many of you will just form your opinion without reseaerch.
Again,if you want to free yourself from slavery, research,research,research. No matter who tells you something,research to find the true answer.

denisimoto, there is a lot of good information at teamlaw.org If you have visited the site, the first thing that is mentioned is DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT WE SAY WITHOUT FURTHER RESEARCH. What is being said is that you must research all places possible to get the true information. If you do this, I believe that what you find will come very closely to what is stated on team law's site. Of course most people just want to believe the first thing the hear or read.

Your comments are inaccurate, misleading and dangerous. As a CPA I find them insulting at best. In no way do I work for the IRS, nor do most of the other practitioners and attorneys I know. There are quite a few practitioners that espouse the baloney you do.... those that aren't in jail or under investigation are playing a game that they will get caught in.

To avoid taxes is completely legal, to evade them is not. I do whatever is legally available to reduce my client's tax burden to every degree possible. You may find something in the code that you interpret to support your position, but I will guarantee that it has been interpreted by the courts many times before... and you will note... the IRS has not collapsed.

As if not to make a difficult situation worse, the code itself is inconsistent. I have taken definitions in one part of the code and found significant variations of interpretations in another part. Do not think that taking one sentence, phrase or even a word literally without keeping it in context with the IRS' interpretation will fly.

By the way... adhering to speed limits is voluntary also. Not adhering to them, however, may result in fines or other legal action.

The constitution specifies two areas that the federal government must provide with one being defense. It would be national suicide to eliminate the DOD.

So you advocate disbanding the SSA benefits...I would rather save that but eliminate future collections... just get my share of what I put in.
