Take a 4 lb brisket and put it in the crock pot on high In the morning . Add a couple teaspoons of pickling spice and 1 & 1/2 cups of water . Cook it down for 5 hours and simmer it . Chop up a whole bunch a celery and toss that in during the last hour of cooking so the celery doesn't turn mushy . Brisket should shred up easily with a fork . Next take you a hoagie roll and slather each side with Sweet hot mustard or just Honey mustard . Pile on the brisket and celery . Serve with a beer .
