You apparently did not watch the SOTU speech much less listen to it. The war aspects certainly were covered extensively. The abortion aspects were discussed in depth primarily as it being the first and only right guaranteed by law that has been repealed by SCOTUS and the nightmare that such an ill-conceived action has caused for thousands of American women in only opening salvo of this decision. Sexual mutilation was not discussed for a couple of reasons. The first and most significant reason is that children are not undergoing sexual alteration surgery unless it is done illegally and even then it goes largely invalidated.

You missed the really good parts. Biden went into detail discussing the abject failures of Fat Donny in depth and without missing any of the salient points. He also went into the desires of Donny to get elected so as to get out of serving prison time upon conviction on some or all of his indictments and criminal charges. He didn't get into any of Donny's policies primarily because Donny doesn't have any. He had all the material that he needed by simply sticking with the flagrant incompetence of Donny and on the blatant criminality of the actions of the Orange Oaf in his attempts to insure that he would be reelected. We all saw how that worked out for him.
