I've done that work right along side of migrant farm workers . Legal migrants . They are hard to out work. Their average was about 20 bucks an hour. Paid by the bucket. I averaged about 15 but made up for it by trenching rows. We have a program that lets migrants work in this country legally and don't need illegals crossing our borders. No matter where they are from or what their intentions are.

I've done that kinda work for close to 30 years. For a lot less money and a damn site more hours. Started in 75 at 350 a month and board. And that was 50 more then the rest cause I was bronc man. Mostly before first light to well past sundown. No half hour lunch. 7 days a week. Only a few days off. Memorial day. 4th of July. Labor day. Christmas. Some places would dock you too. I've done what I've had to to survive. Even "Duded" in summer. Packed meat outta hunting camps. Picked fruit before machines did it all. It's not much like what you say anymore or so I hear. Take that migrants do all the manual work bull elsewhere.

Conservatives complain about them, but migrants are willing farm laborers. Also, we are not seeing immigrants on the dole, but they are earning their living. We need their labor.

Try again, I'm on a farm. Illegals aren't wanted, they steal, use drugs, or are just a threat to life. They are just down the road NOT looking for work, just a handout. Why do you think I sleep with a gun next to my wife and me?

No one is saying we don't. It's just if they are legally allowed to be here for work, that's great.
What will happen if illegals can take their jobs if anyone hires the illegals in the first place.
