A civil case only awards monetary damages. The plaintiff's lawyer didn't have to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt in a hearsay case.

I love how you morally inferior cons dance with a partner called 'proof' when talking about Trump even though he led a life more immoral than any other presidential candidate. Trump cheated on his first wife with his soon-to-be second wife including an out-of-wedlock baby, cheated on his second wife with his third wife, and in between had countless affairs...to which he was more than happy to admit on Howard Stern. And if you think that he 'came to Jesus' so it doesn't count he admitted just before the 2016 election that he didn't think he had anything to be repentant of...making him an unrepentant sinner for whom you supposedly morally superior cons had no problem voting into office...yet being an unrepentant sinner, which is a clearly irrelevant fact, that you continue to throw into the faces of homosexuals.

The only thing necessary to assess someone's moral and religious standing is to be objective. In fact, without objectivity, you lack the perspective necessary to judge what is and isn't moral. This might well explain why you and your fellow CC's fall flat on your face when it comes to the subject of what is and isn't moral...ie, Bill Clinton was a horrible sinner so you could never vote for him but Donald Trump (who was/is a worse sinner) you had/have zero qualms in voting for. I'm not voting for a minister to be the POTUS. You leftists are in loser mode right now, as the lawfare attacks on Trump are failing day by day now. Trump just won on the 14th Amendment S.3 issue by a unanimous 9-0 SCOTUS decision and the right to be on the states' ballots.

Soon the whole Georgia RICO prosecution will crumble due to the ethics violations of Fani Willis, her lover Nathan Wade and the tattletale divorce lawyer Terrence Bradley who all apparently perjured themselves in Judge McAfee's court of law. Many possible legal violations are involved. Isn't that representative of the arrogance of Democrats who cheat and believe themselves to be "Above the Law"?

It doesn't look very good for Special Prosecutor Jack Smith's January 6th case with appeals pending to the Supreme Court who have no reason to hurry their decision after his previous shenanigans of skipping the Appellate Court first. It is the defendant who has the right to a speedy trial- Not the prosecutor or Jack Smith.

There is the Alvin Bragg hush money trial coming up, where paying hush money isn't a crime and they're using Michael Cohen, a felon who was convicted of perjury and tax crimes involving his own taxicab business as a star witness. Stormy Daniels tried to sue Trump for defamation and ended up losing in court and having to pay for Trump's lawyers and court costs. Pretty sure that she and Cohen have revenge on their minds, but will they tell the Truth? It's anybody's guess.

Yes Trump has been guilty of living an immoral lifestyle just like you, but no one of knows what's in his heart he may have truly repented and thus is forgiven .
