My directive may have been based on a training session I once attended. The speaker gave the example of if you have a complaint do not start out by calling them inept, leave it for your parting shot.
Does anyone really want to involve themselves in a diatribe that clearly shows the person has no interest in discussion? Rhetorical question. I know there are some who favor that type of situation. My time is more valuable….unless I am in a zero sleep mode.
