These people travel mils in the heat, They risk their lives crossing a border. They don't get paid enough wages. They do jobs that others won't do, or afraid to do. They live in crowded conditions among people who speak a different language. They rarely see their families and they face adversity all day-every day. I'm not talking about illegal Mexicans. I am talking about our troops.

Doesn't it seem strange that so many are willing to lavish all kinds of social benefits on illegal criminals, but don't support our troops? Wouldn't it be great if we took the $360 BILLION we spend on illegals every year, and spend it on our troops?

A veteran is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a blank check made payable to the United States of America for any amount, up to and their life.

And gave me the right to send this to anyone I darn well please.

Everyone should know that the progressives hate the military and it really shows in their actions. They don't really care if one gets his leg blown off and he has to go through therapy for 6 months to learn how to walk again. It fact they act like they begrudge the money needed to do that. Our military has become a disposable military. Use them up and then throw them away.

There were two progressives over heard talking when Clinton took office and one was saying how much he hated the military. The second one said, hay, that is our military now so we don't have to hate them anymore. They work for us now. Isn't it nice to know you are wanted?

Cutting our military back to sub par strength is a disaster waiting to happen. Just look at what happened after Pearl Harbor. Our strength was so low we didn't have the man power to fight back right after the attack. It took us from 7 Dec 1941 to 6 June 1944 to be able to launch an attack on Hitler's army. That was 2.5 years before we had the strength to really fight back. How long do you think they will give us next time that happens? If we did suffer an attack, how well do you really think Obama would handle it? How long do you think it would be before he raised the white flag? That clown knows NOTHING about the military or how to use it.
