No, the judge was incompetent, denied Trump his constitutional right to defend himself. Upon his appeal and overturning of the verdict, Trump should sue him for denying him his rights and make it a hate crime like it is.

Before all bank approves loan, the protocol is they order their own appraisal. So, bank obtained Certified Appraiser to assess the value of Trump's estate. The bank approved the loan. Both Trump and Bank were in good faith. There was NO victim or hurt on this process. Trump followed all requirement of the loan and paid it in full. Both bank and Trump gained money, and NO ONE was hurt on the transaction. So, what was the problem there? NONE!
All people dealing in real estate business do that. I did that several years ago, and all were done in good faith. I know that Trump and bank did all proper protocol of lending and borrowing, since I was Licensed Realtor, and did that for my clients as well.
