What I am in favor of:
Equal rights
Equal opportunity
Equal justice... And equal punishment for crime, no matter how rich someone is
What I'm against:
Political favoritism.
Refusal to work across the aisle.
Spoiled rich kids who think they can do anything they want.
People hiding their heads in the sand and refusing to see their Emperor wears no clothes.
People who can't respond to someone on the other side of the political spectrum without name calling, insults, and generally childish behavior - but I blame DJ for that too.
I hate him because he and his "MAGA" mentality have dragged the US back fifty years - 100 years or more when it comes to gutter politics. He didn't drain the swamp - he made it deeper than the ocean.

You obviously don't know the qualifications for becoming President and being a felon or running for the Presidency from prison doesn't bar Trump from that under the Constitution's eligibility requirements.
The U.S. Constitution does not explicitly prohibit a presidential candidate from running for office while under indictment, or even while serving time behind bars.
Eligibility requirements for presidents state only that they must be at least 35 years old, be a natural-born citizen of the United States, and have been a resident of the country for at least 14 years.
So, a criminal record, an orange jumpsuit and being on the wrong side of prison bars will not necessarily prevent someone from becoming president. It's the voters who have the power to do that.
