Leticia James does not deserve that $355 million. It is racketeering and extortion. She does not have the valid justifications to charge Trump for that money. The trial was not done right. Decisions made before the trial. No jury decided the outcome.
It involves Sec. 6th Amendment of the Constitution:
There was no victim, and no crime committed. Both parties the Bank and Trump agreed the valuation offered by Trump. The bank approved it. And all transactions finalized, and loan fully paid by Trump according to the time frame in the agreement. Both the bank and Trump were in good faith.
Trump must fight for that extortion of Leticia James. I think it is also looting against Trump to bankrupt him. So, he could not fight anymore.
Here is the 6th Amendment of the Constitution.
Even if Leticia put in the Civil case. Jury could still be required.
Although NYC is 95% black democrats as well as the DC. There is no justice here.
The Sixth Amendment guarantees the rights of criminal defendants, including the right to a public trial without unnecessary delay, the right to a lawyer, the right to an impartial jury, and the right to know who your accusers are and the nature of the charges and evidence against you.
I would fight back if I were Trump. I will suggest that to him.

We are going to fight for this. Otherwise, this will serve a precedence to other cases and the black DA's could abuse. They'll keep on suing and looting for big money.
