The Trump case should be dismissed after reading a good portion of Robert Hur's report on Biden's mishandling of classified information. The Trump legal team can file a 'selective prosecution" motion in their case using the information from Special Counsel Robert Hur's report as Brady material.

Bottom line is Trump took the documents while he was president and a good case can be made that he HAD the authority to do so. They were also in a secured location. Biden took them when he had no such authority and left them laying around all over the place. Vice Presidents and Senators cannot do what he did.

Thanks for your comment . I will see differing comments I am sure . All I know is top secret means top secret and any body with top secret documents needs to return them to the top secret secret keepers for obvious national security reasons .

Not true. A document can say Top Secret and the President can declassify it anytime he wants.
