So if a man robs a bank and does not give up the money until caught he should not be charged? Biden did not give up everything right away.

I hate responding to you because you're a troll. Returning the documents has no bearing on the illegalities of taking them. Trump was siting Privilege. This is the grey area that hasn't been decided yet by a Court.

Biden’s staff found the classified docs and notified the gov’t. and they were quickly returned.
Trump refused to return them, had his staff hide them, and the FBI finally had to come and take therm. No similarity at all.

You will notice in the link below of an official timeline when Biden illegally held documents that were found and returned by his lawyers and White House counsel-NOT by Biden himself. You can notice that the first set of documents were found on November 2, 2022- six days before the Midterm Elections and kept a secret from the American public. It sure looks like Election Interference again on the part of the Democrats.
