HELL NO! No one, not even Chinese subjects can purchase land in China. They are buying farmland to grow food to send back to China which deprives Americans of that food. It will lead to starvation in our country.
Force thm to sell the land back to Americans and if the American farmers want to sell to China, ok. No foreigner should own American land, ever, especially if they are one of our adversaries.
