I think you might be going in the right direction here. A 'reactive abuser' labels themselves as the "victim" after they, themselves do the abusing - they use reactive outbursts against their victims.. I've seen it many times with this person. They lash out at others, blaming, complaining, and even threatening people, and then turn it around and claim "victim" when people respond in kind to them.

"Reactive abusers" are usually narcissists in nature and when they are confronted with their disorders, deny that they are doing anything wrong, and that everyone is picking on them. Sound familiar?

Her narcissism was over the top. His rants are exactly like my sisters. I loved her but got to the point I could not have conversations with her. She was truly a tormented soul with a broken mind

I am sorry you had to experience that with your sister, and sorry that you lost her to her illness. I know there is now a hole in your heart where she used to be that will never be filled. You seem to have found the strength necessary to put it into a good perspective. 👍👍

Thank you! I choose to remember her when we were kids and rode the Shetland pony together. Good times
