From 1960 to date the Democrats had complete control of the congress for 36 years. 17 of those years Democrats had super majorities in the senate. Republicans had control of congress only 14 years of those 60 years and never had a super majority. And still the Democrats have made nothing better nor solved any problems even when a Republican "No" vote meant nothing against a super majority. How many times do Democrats have to fail before you realize they are total failures and their programs don't improve anything.

Well, it's a good thing you're not the repair person, 'cause you're clueless.

I just explained how it's the policies the party pushes that determines their political alignment with the wealthy class. This was in answer to the ridiculous notion that the alignment is determined by how much money the voters have. Now you come up with this article pushing the equally ridiculous notion that what determines that alignment is how much money people donate.

Newsflash - People can have a lot money and still support the middle-class. And if people with a lot of money are donating it to the Democrats it means they probably DO support the middle class. It's not about how much money people have or how much they donate to whom. It's about the POLICIES that benefit the wealthy at the expense of the middle-class and those come almost entirely from the GOP.

Calling the Democratic Party the party of the wealthy just because some of its supporters have a lot of money is like calling someone a terrorist just because he has a large gun collection. It's not about what you own. It's about what you DO.

And yet, the government has spent trillions upon trillions and the government has grown exponentially since Johnson's Great Society and people are still starving.

Compared to countries that offer no assistance and depend entirely on charity, we have far fewer starving people. As for the trillions spent, that's mostly the funding of wars, subsidizing industries like farming and oil and since Bush Jr. an incredible amount of interest payments on our national debt.

That's because Republicans keep borrowing to support their insatiable appetite for spending without having to raise taxes.

I wouldn't call the US government a particularly good example... Better examples of how the government should work can be found in other developed nations where more of the tax money is spent on services for their citizens rather than corporate interests around the world.

Amazing job Government! The government rarely solves any problem without creating many more.

Give me an example.

Unless it's making things better for the 1%.

Republican lawmakers always favor the wealthy even though the vast majority of their constituents are struggling financially. This is why the trickle-down scam is so important to them... because it convinces the voters that they are utterly dependent on the wealthy elite for their own existence.

Republican voters are without a doubt - the most submissive

If i have to give up my money just because i'm rich i'll move to another country. Then you can fund your country yourself without the millions i give them every year. How does that sound? No more heavy taxes from the rich!

If you’re only rich because republicans keep giving you tax breaks you don’t need or deserve , and are paying less in taxes than 90% of the country ,
Then maybe you should be paying more in taxes.
91% .
Un earned income should be highly taxed , because it is unearned income.
Money making money .
The road to disaster.
Going to bed as a millionaire and waking up as a Billionaire doesn’t take much work or talent and should be highly taxed.

Absolutely!
It’s the sad confusion that the term raising taxes automatically refers to them personally .
It’s the 1% confusion. They think they are part of the 1%.
McConnell refers to them as the Murcans.
As in “the murcan people don’t want their taxes raised !”
The confusion is that the maga community are the Murcans.
They are not. But they will fight to the bitter end to protect them .

This is called settling .
You settle for whatever you get by rationalizing away your best parts.
Once they’re gone , you adapt for having less as part of the grand scale of things.
Always settling for less ,
Because hey ,
It’s not so bad !!!!

Hey! You don't like settling for less?
Well, heck!
The rich don't either.

Duh.....you want a government that earns nothing to tax my unearned income.....no.

All your income is unearned by you, but earned by the taxpayers that support your worthless and whiney carcass.

When you start paying taxes in lieu of your chillins credit then Maybe we can talk.

Till then...... get a job ya government leach.

The article you posted Mrs. B. began as follows:

"So, Donald Trump won Iowa. A crazed billionaire who wants to “suspend the constitution“ and claims the right to a murder his political enemies. It doesn’t have to be this way."

When we talk about the DNC State Controlled Marxist Media Propaganda Bureau this is precisely the sort of crap they use to poison their simple-minded zombies with their perpetual 1000 yard unfocused stare.

I just read that the IRS has collected a half billion in back taxes from the rich since Biden funded the IRS. Not shabby.

About the same amounts the Biden criminal cabal stole from America and its foreign entities.

2 agents can do that...... the 500 mil barely covers the cost of 85000 new agents.

I have a nickel ill sell you for a dollar.....not shabby at all.

Socialism does support the middle class...until there is no more middle class, only ultra rich and those dependent on the government. No thank you. Seen it before, and it ALWAYS turns out bad.
