He should be taken out in the Public Square shot, hanged or to the local electrical outlet and given the electric chair. He doesn’t deserve to live. A lot of innocent people died because of this tyrant. He will be left alone to enjoy his Blood Money. Maybe there will be someone who will have the courage to put a lethal bullet in him. Sad!
