No unless they are a movie director and the part calls for a Black person . I have always lived in a town with very few Black people who all have White accents so it was never a big deal for me .

That black person you're referring to obviously didn't get their job through Affirmative Action or DEI and achieved their success through meritocracy instead of mediocrity.
Some high-ranking Democrats don't believe that blacks are smart enough to get picture identification for voting purposes, when they already use them for driving, cashing checks, buying cigarettes, alcohol, and using their EBT cards.

I want the DEI and CRT removed from every school system and work environment. These are the factors why our country is getting rotten, and very dangerous!
Use the MERIT system. That is the right thing for the good of all people in this country.
Martin Luther King today. And reminds us with his message. "Judge not a person by the color of his skin, but by the contents of his character.
That is why DEI and CRT must be abolished in schools and in all jobs. Harvard and most IVY League Schools became rotten because of that DEI and CRT.
Before I travel to other places, I must ask who the PILOT of the plain is. Must ensure that no CRT or DEI was used hiring him. It is a matter of my life, safety, and death.
