Also the amount of illegal immigrants has gone down from the 12 million high in 2007.

That is true. Had discussions on that with Jesse Helms a long time ago. We figured that the backlash from ‘killing Jaguars , coyotes, etc “ would be bad. He knew about the tunnels at that time also. World War 2 style “ guard towers every 600 yards was what we came up with.
