Root Beer all tastes the same to me so I always buy the local store brand, then I pour it into a pitcher to get all the gas out.

Shasta is to root beer as Billy beer is to good beer.

I’ve tried all mentioned except Hank’s but Henry Weinhard is still the best. Its not as well known because its not sold in as many places.

Henry Weinhard is probably one of the best craft soda makers going . My confession . I really liked Blitz Weinhard beer yet most people cut it down .

I rarely drink soda but their creme soda is exceptional too. I’m not a beer drinker - just more of a taster.

My favorite Root Beer is "homemade" like we used to make when I was a child but it's increasingly difficult to find the root beer extract and bottle caps for properly making it.

Even the micro root beer makers like those who sell at Trader Joe’s are not as good.

Decades ago, traveling back and forth to Fairbanks I ALWAYS stopped in Saskatchewan, Canada for their “ Imperial gallon glass jugs of A& W rootbear.
It would ferment if you didn’t drink it up !!
Best stuff ever
