overindulged, weak minded, ill mannered little brat
Typically Donny adherent. As is he.

Not all. The majority yes. But not all.
There are some of us who have a realistic idea of what a dictatorial America would look like.
Mega adherents would love it. Long term pain.
Thanks radical Riley, you made me laugh out loud with this one.

One sister of mine has some 'radical' religious beliefs, at least in my opinion. She believes since Catholics worship saints, then the 5th Commandment prevails... 'Thou shalt have no other gods before me' (saints) ....so thusly Catholics will never get into Heaven. Just wondering if that's a common belief or not. Please, no snark... I am only asking a question. Thank you.
There is no unrighteousness in heaven. No sin.
Therefore we fallen humans of Adam's race, can never get in by anything that we do.
God must do something for us. Make us righteous.
That's where Jesus comes in.

The fact that you want to ask questions about religion and God and yada yada yada...after all the things you've said to padremike and others who are faithful, calling them the disturbing things you've called them, you have a nerve coming on here pretending you are curious about what Catholics do. You have made it VERY clear what you think of Catholics/Christians and others who believe in God!!
You should be ashamed of yourself with this latest sham!
...
The only thing I feel is sorry that so many people prefer trump's lies and absolute ignorance to truth. These people are dangerous to real Americans, voting process, democracy and freedom. You are okay with trump's will to be a dictator, etc. Padremike is a fake. A true man of god could not/would not like this piece of trash, trump. You have been told this many times, so I quit bothering anymore.

Telling people what to think is not a good idea, Penny, as you SHOULD have learned by now!!!
Padremike is a faithful warrior of God's. He fights evil...and you don't like him because of that. If you were able to put two and two together, you might figure out exactly what that means!!!

Let's just say he has helpers . Each of us are helpers when we feed the hungry -tend to the sick -show mercy to the contrite . There is only One God and there are no lesser children of God . Protestant or Catholic we all belong to him .

I absolutely, totally, 100% agree, Tom! I have, over the years, participated in Bible discussions and studies with Methodists, Catholics, Latter Day Saints, Church of Christ, Jehovah's Witnesses, and any number of 'non-denominational' Christians. I have known people in every ONE of them that I feel sure I will meet again in Heaven. Yet I became a Baptist when 17, and have consistently remained a member of one or another Baptist Church for over 50 years now.
Why?
Because I am comfortable and happy worshiping and serving there. There are LESS Baptist policies that I personally disagree with, based on my own studies, than with any other church I have attended. That does not mean any of the others do not teach Christ.....it is just different preferences. As long as it does not actively suggest ignoring what the Bible teaches, then I see no problem. One of the things I DO like about Baptists is that they openly say be a Christian FIRST, and then choose your flavor of worshiping.
Some of the beliefs that I was exposed to and encouraged to accept ranged from laughable to frightening, but those were side issues on HOW to worship.....not WHO to worship. I see no harm in people reaching to God through Mary or other Saints of their choice.

Mormonism is not Christian.
One can’t reach God by praying to Mary or others. There is nothing in the bible that suggests they can hear our prayers much less do anything on our behalf.

Thank you, Randy, very enlightening. One thing I've never understood.... why are there so many different sub religions..... baptists, lutherans, catholics ALL worship the same God. WHY?
