that seems very unlikely Corn, your post seems very shaky and I would think the court in Colorado would be very knowledgeable of the constitution, amendments and any repeal that applied.

They are very knowledgeable. They wrote airtight reasoning for removing him from the ballot.

They also knew that he'd appeal

He'll attempt to play out the clock, as usual.

When his "presidential immunity" is denied again in court, he'll appeal again, as usual.

Ad nauseum

I would venture to say that balloon with their air tight reasoning is just about to be popped - remember the baker - these same individuals felt great about
Their decision until they were duly chastised and embarrassed

But then there is always a dipstick incapable of understanding our judicial corruption, using the 14th amendment (written for free slaves).
Incapable of arguments based in justified reason

?

You need to read it better.

Talks about an officer who's sworn to uphold the constitution who's engaged in insurrection being disqualified.

If that were anywhere near true why aren’t you railing on the Clintons or Biden for weaponizing the DOJ

Fortunately for the unread, our forefathers had scribes record speeches and we have copies of letters they had written.
But then, why listen to our forefathers intent, kinda like leftist ignore their speeches and letters regarding the 2nd amendment, doesn't fit the agenda. And unlike you Rheumatoid, I provide references that are not some rag opinion piece.

https://www.archives.gov/milestone-documents/14th-amendment

Passed by Congress June 13, 1866, and ratified July 9, 1868, the 14th Amendment extended liberties and rights granted by the Bill of Rights to formerly enslaved people.

Fourteenth Amendment Equal Protection and Other Rights

Section 3 Disqualification from Holding Office
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

do not mince and twist/omit words.. are you able to comprehend that Jan 6th was an attempt to overturn the election and to kill elected reps of our country? The law may not allow the term insurrection to be used or charged but even the most servile trump lover must know in the deepest corner of their gizzard that any attempt to unlawfully overturn a government is at it most basic level an insurrection...

I now understand. Because you believe something it is 'right', the law/DoJ/FBI has nothing to do with it.

ROTFLMAO

Corn Pop, you are such a maroon. Thanks for being the OPP clown.
