I have not been on this forum as long as many of you. However I know who is serious and who is not. Many of us would seem are close to the breaking point. I would like to ask a favor.
Could you post 5 things you would do to fix this country. Please do not list Impeach Obama we agree on that.
I appreciate your comments.

I think what needs to be framed is waking the sleepers first
and to get them to take action of something...
It's obvious we all know what to fix already.. but that's just here in America...
The greater problem is that the Banksters are world wide and the ClownWizzards that execute their every move are no longer bound by Washingtons rules or our Constitution !
For anything to really change, this has to be addressed first...
I dont see how anything else will stick until the Corporate Banksters and laws that protect them and Wall Street are attacked and remedied.
I said long time ago that we need to go back to small Community banks. They can offer same services but on a personal level.

You can't, they are regulated by the FED and chartered under U.S banking laws...
No one can open, operate or do anything in banking without their approval and by laws oversight and licensing !
They will shut every single one of them down and step in and absorb their books like they did after the crash !

State need to tell fed to back off let states regulate the banks in their state
You are absolutely right about that as well as education.

I agree and I'll believe that when I see it happen someday...
In the meantime we're under attack
and people need to shift gears...

Actually, that's not true. All banks are regulated by the FEDS and always have been. It actually took State law changes to allow "branch" banking. Before those changes there were banks on every corner, all (or most) were independent banks. They, the banks wanted branch banking because they would be able to merge with or sell to a larger bank. The bank stockholders made fortunes selling their smaller banks to the BOA's and
Chase's of the world. Nothing keeping a bank from opening with the proper funding meaning capital ratio and a charter which is to not be unreasonably withheld by law.

I'm not a Banker by trade... but try to open a bank in your state with a $100million... let me know who steps in and what happens.
Not only with Banking but lots of other things. That is why the States need to take control. Washington can't watch Washington. How they going to take care of anything else

This is why I scream at you guys...
The start of the FRAMEWORK has to be addressing the Banksters and their reach first ....
Identify that blueprint and get people's input for that first...
That is the first battle like what I saw in the
Redress of Grievances in:
The99Declaration.org ....
Please all go there and read that... we can take from that and move it forward somehow... modify it...

If I had 100mil I wouldn't open a bank but here we do still have smaller banks and private banks still in operation but admittedly not as many as there used to be. Still able to but cost a lot more capital than before.
