You totally missed the first point: Trump has been CONVICTED three times((Fraud twice and defamation & sexual abuse) . Makes him a criminal .
On The indictments he is innocent until proven guilty. Joe Biden has none of this criminal or potential criminal baggage. Trump did many misdeeds before taking office, while in office and since leaving office that he is now being held to account for. Trump brought all this on himself with his negative, demeaning, rhetoric and illegal and indictable actions.
Hilliary should be out of the discussion related to Bhengazi, that was a full blown congressional investigation and she testified for days and congress found no indictable wrong doings. Need not deflect from Trump to others, just look at the facts, Trumps a convicted crook.

When Joe Biden is indicted for something, then we can discuss real Biden corruption vs Biden corruption conspiracy theories and compare to Trumps convicted and indicted corruptions. No comparison at this time.

Joe Biden must be impeached with extreme prejudice for 4 violations of the Constitution. Remember this, when he raised his hand he took a solemn oath to enforce our laws.

1. He defied SCOTUS and the separation of powers when he declared $billions of college loans be forgiven. He had no authority whatsoever to do this. He intentionally broke the law.

2. The rotten SOB gave our number one enemy, Iran, that's responsible for doing the actual killings of Americans $billion of dollars so that its use could be ushered to proxies to continue killing Americans, attack and murder an ally and the continued development of nuclear weapons. He removed Trump sanctions against Iran allowing them to sell their oil and make $billions more when they were almost sinking past their scuppers.

3. He has intentionally allowed an invasion of our sovereign nation for which he deserves a firing squad while he's still capable of understanding that he is being executed for just cause.

4. Finally there is the influence peddling and we don't yet know the full length, breath and depth of this criminal activity. Amazing that you have all these “ facts” related to Biden impeachment yet none of the Republicans can find an example of high crimes or misdemeanors required to impeach a President and are investigating Joe Biden to try and find some. You already have him guilty. If I said that of Trump you would be all over me.

1) SCOTUS ruled, Biden adhered then he changed approach found another “legal” way to do it- doesn’t appear impeachable to me.
2) Millions to Iran was Irans money owed by Iraq and Qatar that was on hold, in deal for hostages release. My understanding is hostages were released and money was refrozen. It’s irans money on hold, not sure it was a e

3) Border is being handled according to immigration laws and the constitution. Congress needs to change immigration laws and processes. Again doesn’t appear a crime or impeachable.

My point was that Democrats don't "for the most part" charge and convict other Democrats and if they do get charged, Democrat do whatever they have to avoid these people being prosecuted to the extent of the law. You bring up a good point about Garland refusing to turn over documents that support or confirm activity to a crime. In a case like that, when it does surface, and it will, he should be tried and convicted of withholding evidence in a crime. This "protecting" our sources BS has to stop. We all know what a redaction is and we know that names and addresses can be blacked out to protect sources, the bulk of document doesn't need redacted or withheld. Remember the affidavit for the raid on Mara Lago, more info redacted then not, that's what it looked like to me and made it difficult to read and could be misleading since people are filling in the blanks themselves. Was all that redaction names and addresses, how can telling the truth about how you justify this raid be a threat to anyone other then Trump.
