The law doesn’t read or work that way. When he went from President Trump to Citizen Trump the law says Presidential records( those created while in office) become property of the national archives. The fact that he boxed them up for the national archives is nice but doesn’t give Trump ownership.
The process to make presidential records personal was not completed on the records in question. We will let the court decide.

Trump did misdeeds and is now being held accountable. That’s what a majority of American people are seeing happen. Grand Jury investigation, jury of peers on two CONVICTIONS, judge summary judgement based on grand jury evidence. No witch hunt just Trump being Trump doing illegal things. Three times guilty with 91 indictments pending.
It’s not the same people , it’s Trump , We got Georgia State, we got NY state, we got Florida and DC. Trump did his bad stuff all over the USA.
This is not a left vs right thing- this is a Trump being his illegal self finally facing criminal prosecution for his misdeeds. Trump is the same person calling himself a victim of his own misdeeds then projecting all his wrongdoing onto non supporters as if they did it not him.

Trump found guilty, 91 indictments that he’s currently innocent of. Time will tell.

Yes...as I said. Those bogus convictions PLUS the 91 indictments are by the SAME people who have tried to get rid of Trump for years - Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and their band of merry Democrats, led by Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler.

They impeached him for a phone call! Biden had himself on videotape that the entire world has seen over and over again - bribing Ukraine officials to stop someone from investigating his son, Hunter, and they did nothing about it!

This is an ILLEGAL attempt to rig the 2024 election. And everyone knows it. And they don't want it to happen.....again. So they are throwing everything - including the kitchen sink - at him to see if any of it sticks.

And if this doesn't work, what are they going to do to him next????? What are they going to do to US again???? Infect us with another virus with a deadly cure? Start a world war??

It's not rocket science why they don't want him in office...he knows how to expose them. After three years there is absolutely no evidence that the 2020 election was stolen, no proof that there was any fraud and no proof of any irregularities that would have changed the 2020 election results.

Just like Covid was not Trumps fault, inflation was not caused by Biden.
That said other than inflation which is trending down what is miserable in this country that is directly affecting you?

Trump Convicted of crimes three times so far, with 91 indictments pending is not the only one who can sustain our democratic republic .(Trumps corruption has been legally exposed-none for Joe Biden yet)
Other than inflation all other economic indicators under Biden are better than Trump. For three years under Biden USA has had no wars, similar to Trump, with one year to go to equate to Trump.
Trumps term in office and his accomplishments got him a 41 of 45 presidential ranking by historians.
